Do I need to have a Paypal account to get cash rewards?
No. Using PayPal is optional. You have other options for cashing out your MyOpinions rewards, including points transfer. You can transfer your rewards to SmileCity, where you can cash out for a cheque, or have your cash deposited directly into your bank account. Please note that when withdrawing funds from your PayPal account to your bank account, PayPal may charge a fee.

What if my PayPal email address is different to my MyOpinions email address?
PayPal gives you the option to add email addresses to your PayPal account. This allows you to accept payments via any email address you own, and all payments will go into your single PayPal account.
Therefore, if the email address you have registered in MyOpinions is not a registered email address in your PayPal account, all you have to do is add it.
To add an email address to your PayPal account:
- Sign in to your PayPal account;
- On the main menu, select My Account > Profile > Add or Edit Email;
- Click the Add button;
- Enter the email address you wish to add to your PayPal account (the email address registered in MyOpinions) and click Save;
- PayPal will send a confirmation email to you. Click on the confirmation link within the email;
- Enter your PayPal password and click Confirm.
