How do I link my account to SmileCity?
First, you will need to join SmileCity. Once you are a member, follow these steps to link your MyOpinions account to SmileCity.
- Visit the SmileCity Points page from the Rewards Menu;
- Enter your SmileCity username in the box provided;
- Click Link account now;
Now that you account is linked, you can transfer MyOpinions points to SmileCity.

How do I transfer MyOpinions points to SmileCity?
You may choose to automatically transfer your reward points to SmileCity when your balance reaches a certain amount, or you can manually transfer points in multiples of 100 pts.
To set up an Auto Transfer:
- Visit the SmileCity Points page within the Rewards section;
- Under the Transfer Reward Points heading, tick the box on the left titled "I want to transfer all points automatically to SmileCity once my balance reaches...";
- Enter the minimum amount of points you would like to transfer when they are available;
- Click Save.
The Auto Transfer of points is processed overnight. This means it may take up to 24 hours after the target balance is reached before your points are automatically transferred.
To do a Manual Transfer:
- Visit the SmileCity Points page within the Rewards section;
- Next to "Manual Transfer Now", select the amount of points you would like to transfer;
- Click Transfer all points to SmileCity now.

Can I transfer SmileCity points into MyOpinions?
No, you can only transfer points from MyOpinions to SmileCity. You cannot transfer points in the opposite direction.

Can I remove the link between MyOpinions and SmileCity accounts?
Yes, you can unlink your accounts if you wish.
If you unlink accounts more than once, you will not be able to link any other account to your MyOpinions account thereafter.

How do I remove the link between MyOpinions and SmileCity accounts?
If you are sure you want to unlink your accounts, follow these steps:
- Visit the SmileCity Points page within the Rewards section of the web site;
- At the top of the page, your MyOpinions and SmileCity usernames will be displayed. Next to your SmileCity username, click the unlink my accounts link.

Why can't I link my account to SmileCity?
If you have unlinked your account more than once, you may not be able to link your account to any other accounts. If you have not unlinked your account before and are having trouble linking your account, please contact MyOpinions.
